Get started on the path to Leadership!

• Attend the Prospective Leaders Orientation
  • Watch this page and the Covenant Church eBulletin for scheduling announcements for the Prospective Leaders Orientation for each Covenant Church campus. 
  • Complete the Prospective Leaders Application, New Life Teams Leader Interview Form and a Background Release Form and submit all these forms to the Life Teams office.
• Attend the Life Teams Leadership Training Classes
  • By attending Prospective Leaders Orientation you will receive information concerning the Life Teams Leadership Training Class held at each Covenant Church campus.
• Complete Interview(s) with Elders & Pastors
  • The Life Teams office will direct your application and forms to the appropriate Elder or Pastor who will contact you to schedule an interview.
• Participate in the Leadership Commissioning Service
  • Once you have completed the training class and your Elder or Pastor interviews and have been approved for Life Teams Leadership, you will be invited to participate in the next Leadership Commissioning Service on your campus.
